This is a small part of a larger video project called Tilt Shift Oahu. The video was shot at 30 FPS and brought into After Effects where I created a tilt shift lens effect. The idea is that the live footage looks like it’s in miniature. This is a pretty cool technique for doing intros or adding a little drama to a video project.
